This is just an interview I found reinforcing Moya's post below. It explains a bit the relationship between  prostate cancer, PSA tests, and the Harlem male demographic. Interviewee is Dr. Carlton McGregor of New York Presbyterian Hospital, an internist and pulmonary specialist who was actually diagnosed with prostate cancer.
