Healthy Sources of Vitamin D

With the summer approaching we will all be getting enough vitamin D that we need. However, there is no recommended amount of time suggested for staying in the sun long enough to receive the adequate amount of Vitamin D without increasing your risk of skin cancer. Here's an article on different food sources to help incorporate Vitamin D through diet. Tuna, salmon and of course milk are a few sources listed. Vitamin D is necessary for maintaining strong bones and even supporting the immune system from germs and other diseases like cancer.
