hey,
I came across this website that gives the shows how much sugar an be in those energy drinks. Such as 1 rockstar energy drink equals 4.5 oatmeal raisin cookies. Or even more amazing one AMP drink equals 6 glazed donuts.

Cool Sketch
What Nutrition Lingo Really Means
Hello goodnight,
I found this really great article that talks about the meaning of antioxidants, free radicals energy density and other terms that are found on the foods that we consume. What I really enjoyed about this article is that they put the information in such a way that high school students can understand. For example they say that free radicals are like 'bullies' that attack our cells. This is just some light reading.
