Healthier versions of soul food

It also has a link to 40 ways to improve your health and 45 superfoods , which is a list of fruits and vegetables and why they are beneficial to the body.

  1. wanted to add why I posted it...Sometimes its hard for people to change their eating habits because they are use to their own cultural food and that may not be the healthiest choice. If we can work to tell people little things they can do to change their recipes it may help them to be healthier.
