This is an article about scientists that are trying to "print" organs for people in need. I saw a segmnt on this on the discovery channel a while ago and was wondering about their progress. Now, scientists from around the globe are going to be working together to make this a reality. So people who need an organ donation don't have worry that their body will reject the organ and they won't have to wait long to find a proper donor.

I had also seen the episode on tv and was very much amazed at how we are progressing. Biomedical engineering is a booming field, but I do hope the cost for creating a new organ will be affordable for the average person in need of one.
