Color your diet

Hey everyone,

This is something that Mike mentioned in our last week class and we the recipe group thought of including this idea in our section. The article discusses about healthy reasons to eat a rainbow of colorful fruits and vegetables. It is said that keeping the habit of at least 3 to 4 different colors or variety of fruits and vegetables on the plate can guide to live a healthy lifestyle.

  1. I like this article. I posted something similar to this a while back and I think its still a great idea. Imagine your favorite color on your plate. I makes eating vegetables enjoyable.

  2. I agree with you anaise. I like cooking myself with different colors when I make fried rice. If we had more time it would be great to look for rice that would have such colors.
