Similar like HW 3

This was something similar I did for water crisis... i mean not exactly, but in terms of picking the way you can present-this could be one type of presentation...

  1. Ms. Jyoti,
I really liked the video. It really does make a point about the scarcity of clean water in other countries as compared to America where we do waste a lot of water every day. For example you know how at CCNY in some bathrooms they have those toilet flush sensors, they tend to flush just by detecting anything which wastes waster more than once. I think its not really a good idea to have those because we are just wasting water like this and its clean too!!! I have seen this many times and i thought i should share it with you.

  2. Thanks Marium! Yeah I feel likewise in terms of water wastage. However, don't you think that the sensors do help to reduce infectious stuff to be touching many peoples' hands?? It's one of those double edged swords like many other interventions.

  3. yes, true, this makes sense but many people don't even use their hands but instead their feat. But yeah it does protect us from germs though.

  4. I found this presentation very engaging with the music and the pictures. I thought it was a good method to send out the message of how water is wasted daily. Just myself I spend like an hour or 2 in the shower sometimes. This presentation gave me something to think about the next time when I'm wasting water.

  5. I found the video to be very interesting and the background music and picture made it even more appealing. I think it’s very true that we do waste a lot of water each and every day. We know not to waste water but yet we do, just like everything else, which we take for granted that others don’t have. I hope this video raises awareness for not to waste water. I did for me, I know not to waste water, but sometimes I do and from now on I am going to try to remember those people in the video to not to waste water.
